Orders
Purchase Orders
If you are using a purchase order, list the item number, quantity, and price of each item you wish to order. Then photocopy and fax your purchase order along with our order pages.

Orders from Individuals
Non-educational customers are charged retail price. To calculate the retail price of a product, divide the catalog price by .75. For example, to find the price of an item with a list price of $10, divide by .75. The resulting retail price is $13.33.

Orders from individuals cannot be invoiced and must be accompanied by full payment or charged to your VISA, MasterCard, or Discover Card. Zaner-Bloser limits the sale of Teacher Editions, Manuals, and Guides to approved educators and educational institutions.

Homeschoolers must identify themselves as such and provide Zaner-Bloser with the name of the school or school district with which they are associated in order to qualify for school prices.

Taxes and Shipping
Tax
Zaner-Bloser will add state and local taxes to your order, if applicable, and these taxes will be reflected on your invoice. If your order is tax exempt, make sure your school has submitted a tax exemption certificate.

Shipping and Processing
Shipping and Processing charges are prepaid and added to the invoice as a separate item. If payment for educational materials is enclosed with your order, please add 9% or $5.00, whichever is greater, to cover standard shipping and processing. Zaner-Bloser will choose the best shipping method for standard delivery. Most orders are shipped within 72 hours. For express shipment, call Customer Service at 800.421.3018.
